We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us: name, email address, the type of project you need, and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools on this site.
How your information is sent
The contact form does not store data on any server of ours: submitting it generates a WhatsApp link with the message you wrote, and the conversation continues directly on WhatsApp between you and our team.
Purpose of processing
We use the data you share solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your project, and communicate with you about a potential collaboration. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data retention
We retain contact conversations (for example, on WhatsApp) while an active or potential business relationship exists with you, and delete them when no longer needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Under Peru’s Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law), you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to the use of your personal data by emailing info@wbgssmarters.com or through the channels listed on this site.
